This rental, Christina, is located on the 3rd floor of 2004 W Oceanfront Newport Beach, CA 92663. This 3-bedroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is also a balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze and amazing views. There will be 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use. You will have the whole 3rd floor including the balcony. There will be two stairwells to access your rental. There is also a free laundry room located in the building behind you for your use. We will have a manager on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Their number will be provided upon booking. Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) first booked, first reserved.
